Jake’s Cigar Bar

Banks Engineering produced construction documents for Jake’s Cigar Bar in Nicholasville, Kentucky.  Jake’s is an upscale Cigar Bar and Spirit Lounge that includes outdoor gathering spaces, croquet and cornhole courts, and dry-stacked stone walls.  Banks Engineering provided the following work elements to the project architect:

• Boundary and topographic surveys.
• Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, Site Plan, Site Utilities, Grading & Drainage Plan, Landscape Plan, and Site Details.

The site/civil designs were incorporated into the overall project, which was completed in 2019.
