Professional Bio: I lead the “public” engineering marking for Banks. In this role, I am responsible for marketing the firm’s services to city, county, and state government agencies, as well as other public institutions such as universities. I also manage many of the public projects, provide mentoring of younger staff members, and provide technical assistance to the private development projects for the firm.
